The European Institute for Democratic Participation has conducted a short term election observation mission in Saint Petersburg, Russia to monitor the March 4 presidential elections of the Russian Federation. 34 young, independent, highly educated and motivated, international observers representing 7 different countries and youth organisations were based in Saint Petersburg from 28-02-2012 until 06-03-2012.
